I was fortunate enough to add this awesome car to my garage in 2005, after following its achievements for a number of years. Although I can not be credited with the car's history, it is very well known and respected in the Impala community. This car was, at one time, the World's Quickest and Fastest 94/96 Impala SS and it also holds the following 1/4 mile records; First 94/96 Impala SS in the 11's. (Naturally aspirated) First 94/96 Impala SS in the 10's. (Nitrous) First 94/96 Impala SS in the 9's. (Nitrous) - Orlando Speedworld 10/29/2003 This car truly is a work of art. The custom fabrication and attention to detail of the interior, exterior, motor and suspension is what sets it apart and it was created at a cost of almost $90,000.00 The engine is claimed to make in excess of 625hp naturally aspirated which, coupled with a big shot of Nitrous, created a very formidable race car. The car's creator said "I am pleased with all that I have accomplished with the car ............ I reached the highest level of satisfaction that I ever hoped for." It was then retired from racing at the top of its game. There are only about 18,000 miles on this car, with less than 2,000 on its current set-up. It now sports a slightly milder cam and is tuned to run on pump gas, however it remains insanely quick! It is a favorite at local cruise-ins and car shows. It won it's class at Super Chevy, Bradenton in 2006 and also won Best Engine at the GOFASST/Daytona Spring Show at Daytona International Speedway in 2006. This is, undoubtedly, one of the fiercest Impala's in captivity today and I consider myself to be the lucky custodian of this important piece of Impala history.
